NOTICE OF INFORMAL
CONFERENCE
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation will conduct an informal conference on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fayetteville Regional Office, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest which is or may be adversely affected by the Nicholas Contura, LLC Article 3 Permit Renewal Application Permit No. S303991, located northwest of Pax in the Plateau District of Fayette County.
