IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-117 KARLIN GEBHARD, biological mother of infant H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022 and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III, putative father of H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022, natural child of Karlin Gebhard The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that KARLIN GEBHARD has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022. It is ORDERED that KARLIN GEBHARD is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 12th day of January, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental right of KARLIN GEBHARD, biological mother of infant H.P.G., whose date of birth is August 15, 2022, may be terminated.
