Coordinates for the facility are as follows: latitude 38.156117 longitude 81.559544. The applicant estimates no change in the potential to discharge any Regulated Air Pollutants. Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
