Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of January, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Shavonne English, will apply by petition to the Family Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Eric Shuck, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Shavonne English to Shavonne Smith. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
