INVITATION FOR BIDS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave, Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide a new cyber security system in the Mingo County E911 center located on Airport Road, Williamson, West Virginia. Interested bidders must schedule an appointment to receive requested specs by contacting Josh Stacy at 304-235-0895. Bids will be accepted by hand delivery to Leigh Ann Ray, project manager, at her office located on the third floor of the main courthouse, Room 308-B, or by U.S. mail addressed as follows: Thomas Taylor, Mingo County Commission president; Attention: Leigh Ann Ray; 78 East Second Ave., Room 308-B, Williamson, WV 25661. Proposals will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Mingo County Commission regular meeting session scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BIDDER – Cyber Security System”. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the proposal process. No bidder may withdraw his er bid within 30 days of the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder must be licensed to do business in West Virginia and will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission and the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
