NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of January, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Four Aces Properties, LLC for the purpose of a conditional use permit to allow for short term cabin rentals on property located at 456 Table Rock Road, Grandview, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 4, Part of Parcel 15.7 Raleigh County, West Vriginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by January 9th, 2023, will be considered.
