The object of the above-referenced civil action is a petition to disestablish paternity, previously filed with the Court. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable Eric B. Shuck, Judge for the Family Court of Summers County, in his chambers at 123 Temple Street, Hinton, Summers County, West Virginia, to grant the relief sought for in the petition.
