AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Blue Racer Midstream, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35-D General Permit Registration for a natural gas compressor facility
located off of County Road 13/8, near Center Point, in Wetzel County, West
Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.479826 degrees
latitude and -80.695757 degrees longitude.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 40.21 tons per year of volatile organic
compounds, 18.47 tons per year of nitrogen
oxides, 73.87 tons per year of carbon monoxide, 1.26 tons per year of
particulate matter, 1.26 tons per year of particulate matter less than 10
microns, 1.26 tons per year of particulate matter less than 2.5 microns, 0.08 tons per year of
sulfur dioxide, and 10.11 tons per year of total
hazardous air pollutants.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of February, 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of
publication of this notice.
