INVITATION FOR BIDS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave, Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to outfit brand new police cruisers for the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department. Details for this outfitting are as follows: 2022 Dodge Charger – 2 qty. The winning vendor will provide the following for each of two (2) 2022 Dodge Chargers: 1 qty. – Infuse 48-inch exterior LED light bar 2 qty. – MPower 4 X 2 light – B push bar 1 qty. – Tail light flasher 2 qty. – MPower 4 X 2 light – blue – license plate 1 qty. – Complete console w computer dock 1 qty. – 10XL prisoner partition 1 qty. – Center push bar w fender wrap 2 qty. – Antenna oax onnectors 1 qty. – Wiring elays onnectors Labor to install for each vehicle 2022 Ford F-150 – 3 qty. The winning vendor will provide the following for each of three (3) 2022 Ford F-150 pickup trucks: 1 qty. – NFuse 54-inch exterior LED light bar 2 qty. – Grille light 1 qty. – License plate lights with (2) with bracket 2 qty. – Hide-a-way for tail lights 1 qty. – Complete console with computer dock w power supply 1 qty. – 100W speaker 1 qty. – Remote siren 1 qty. – K-9 insert 13/8 23/8 (this is needed for only one (1) of the three (3) trucks) 1 qty. – Cool guard with rescue heat alarm and bailout 1 qty. – Solid push bar with built-on fender wrap 2 qty .- Antennas/l coax onnectors 1 qty. – Wiring elays onnectors Labor to install for each vehicle 2022 Dodge Durango – 6 qty. The winning vendor will provide the following for each of six (6) 2022 Dodge Durangos: 1 qty. – NFuse 54″ exterior LED light bar 2 qty. – Grille light 1 qty. – License plate lights (2) with bracket 1 qty. – Complete console with computer dock without power supply 1 qty. – 12 VS cargo partition 1 qty. – 100W speaker 1 qty. – Remote siren 1 qty. – Solid push bar with built-on fender wrap 2 qty. – Antenna oax onnectors 1 qty. – Wiring elays onnectors Labor to install for each vehicle Bids will be accepted by U.S. Mail or hand delivery to: Nathan Brown, president, Mingo County Commission, c Leigh Ann Ray, 78 East 2nd Ave., Williamson, WV 25661 no later than 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023 and will be opened and read aloud in a public meeting beginning at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BIDDER POLICE CRUISER OUTFITTING”. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the proposal process. No bidder may withdraw his er bid within 30 days of the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder must be licensed to do business in West Virginia and will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission.
