NGUYEN that a copy of the Complaint which has been filed against her may be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, and that MONG THU T. NGUYEN must appear on or before twenty (20) days after the date of this Publication. If MONG THU T. NGUYEN fails to appear and defend this action within this time frame allotted, then a judgment by default will be rendered against MONG THU T. NGUYEN, at any time thereafter.
