The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 123 Washington Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above – named respondent(s) are wrongfull occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Damesha Staunton and Vaneasha Staunton and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Damesha Staunton and Vaneasha Staunton do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, and answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 9th, 2023 at 7:30 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Damesha Staunton and Vaneasha Staunton at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
