ORDER OF PUBLICATION
COME NOW, Plaintiff’s Jamie Lull and Lull, LLC (“Lull”), by counsel, and for their Order of Publication state that the object of this suit is to Quiet Title.
It is ordered that Defendant Wilmer Curtis Chappelle appear at the above-named Court and protect his interest on or before July 27, 2015.
It is further ordered that this Order of Publication be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Spirit of Jefferson and that the Certificate of Publication and bill be sent to McCarthy & Akers, P.L.C., 302 W. Boscawen St., Winchester, VA 22601.
