PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Fayette County, West Virginia, at a regular meeting on March 6, 2023 at 5:00 PM or immediately thereafter will consider the following applications for Special Use Permits, Variances or Appeals as required by the Fayette County Unified Development Code.
The hearing will be held in the county commission meeting room on the first floor of the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia. Protest petitions may be filed on or before March 6th 2023, 4pm.
U-1112-23-1: Request of Charles and Tara Hall, Owner for a special use permit as required by Section 2001.4, Subsection III, L, for the purpose of placement of a dwelling, single, type 2, detached, on property legally described as 79 Honey Creek, 291/172. New Haven District.
