NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES
MARSHALL COUNTY SEWERAGE DISTRICT
CASE NO. 22-0706-PSD-19A
The Marshall County Sewerage District has filed a request with the West Virginia Public Service Commission for an increase in its rates.
The Staff of the Public Service Commission and the District have agreed upon the following proposed rates:

For customers in Washington Lands, McClain’s Run/WVU Extension area, Gus R. Douglas Park, Pine Knoll Acres, Grand Vue Park, The Glen Dale heights and Echo Valley territory served pursuant to a certificate granted by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia in Case No. 90-090-PSD-CN, territory formerly served by Fort Clark Utility Corporation, Sentimenetal Acres Sewerage System, Rustic Hills Utility Corporation, Sunnyside Estates System, and Mozart Territory.

The Commission may adopt rates and charges fir tge District which are the same as, greater than or less than the Staff-recommended rates and charges.
Anyone desiring to protest the proposed changes must do so in writing within ten days of the date of publication of this notice. All protests should be addressed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O. Box Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323. To help the Commission determine the justification for additional review and investigation, protests should be specific as to reasons that the changed rates and charges should be modified. In addition, anyone desiring a hearing in this matter must demand a hearing in the letter of protest. If no substantial protest is filed, the Staff-recommended rates may be approved without hearing.
