NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 7th of March 2023 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of U-Haul International, owner, Triad Engineering, Inc., agent, requesting Site Plan approval to construct one 15,000 sq. ft. building, one mini storage unit to be 6,700 sq. ft. and one mini storage unit 3,100 sq. ft. on their property at 176 Ragland Road (Tax Map 72, Parcel 5.0).
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be at the time and pace indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
