The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling has changed its April 12, 2023 and May 10, 2023 meetings. The April 12, 2023 meeting time has changed to 4:00 p.m. The May 10, 2023 meeting has changed to May 17, 2023 at 3:00 . The meeting place will be at the Main Office, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
