The Committee on Aging for Randolph County(COARC) is accepting bids for roof replacement on the Randolph County Senior Center building located at #1 Fifth Street.
Our expectation is that the roofing will be replaced with a roofing system similar to existing, i.e. EPDM or TPO. Bids should include all costs for project/surface preparation (including existing ballast removal), decking replacement as required, installation of the new system including insulation, flashing and booting required for vents and drains, and a fully adhered (no ballast) roofing membrane, as well as any other materials and labor required.
Bidder will assure that the project will be completed July 1, 2023 – August 31, 2023. Successful bidder will be responsible for all building permits, and will specify the length and nature of product and installation warranty in their bid proposal, and will furnish COARC with proof of insurance, contractor and business licenses.
