Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Josh Duncan/Secure Store IV, LLC for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests a setback variance for an LED sign at 1367 Maplewood Ave, Ronceverte. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring District, described in Deed Book 628 on Page 728 and shown on Tax Map 9P as Parcel 27.
