PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on the request by Southwestern Energy to lease municipally-owned real property compromising various portions of property, for the purpose of developing the oil, gas, and other minerals with exclusion of surface rights. Information regarding the proposed leased agreement is on file in the Office of the City Solicitor. The Public Hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV at 5:30 pm on March 7, 2023 at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
