Notice is given that Mountaineer Manors, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, to modify a Rule 13 Permit for a surface coating and abrasive blasting facility located off WV-54 near Lester, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.72816deg. and -81.30980deg..
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate 0.714 TPY, Ethylene Glycol 0.002 TPY, Toluene 0.046 TPY, Hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate 0.008 TPY, Methanol 0.02 TPY.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
