IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-101 BRITTANY KETCHUM, biological mother of infants T.B., whose date of birth is October 20, 2020 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant T.B., whose date of birth is October 20, 2020, natural child of Brittany Ketchum. The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.B., whose date of birth is October 20, 2020. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER shall appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 24th day of April, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant T.B., whose date of birth is October 20, 2020, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
