The object of the above entitled civil action is to recover back rent and property, and other relief as the Court or jury may find that was sustained by Plaintiff(s) as a result of a non-payment that accrued on October 2022 to present, in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, whose address is Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street Fourth Floor, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon plaintiff Scott Ward, whose address is 1133 Lazear Wilhelm Rd., Wheeling, WV 26003 and Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before 11-28, 2022 otherwise that Judgment by Default will be rendered against defendant(s) Christina Hechavria, at any time thereafter.
