ON THIS DATE, came your Plaintiff’s for a previously scheduled Trial on this matter. The Defendant failed to appear. The Court noted that the Notice of Hearing previously sent to the Defendant, was returned by the US Post Office marked as insufficient address, and that publication by newspaper was attempted, however the newspaper of general circulation in Wyoming County is now defunct, and the Defendant may not have been provided adequate notice to be present.
The Court ORDERED this matter continued, and the Trail of this matter is set for the 22nd day of May, 2023 at 11:15 a.m. The Court FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s counsel is to publish in the Registered Herald, deemed to be a newspaper of general circulation in Wyoming County, WV.
