IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-17/18 AMBER WARE, biological mother of infants L.B., whose date of birth is September 21, 2007 and J.B., whose date of birth Is August 11, 2010 and RICKEY BRITTON, biological father of infants L.B., whose date of birth is September 21, 2007 and J.B., whose date of birth is August 11, 2010, natural children of Amber Ware.
Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that AMBER WARE has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants L.B, whose date of birth is September 21, 2007 and J.B., whose date of birth is August 11, 2010. It is ORDERED that AMBER WARE is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and AMBER WARE is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 11th day of April, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise AMBER WARE, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent.
