NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 20th day of April, 2023 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Juan & Michelle Maldonado for the purpose of a Residence. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (B1) Commercial and the proposed Zoning is to be (R1) Rural/Residential. The property is located at 5983 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Mt. Hope WV, Town District District, Tax Map 8006, Parcel 23.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
