A Petition for Expedited Modification of Child Support has been filed in this case. A copy of the Petition is attached to this Notice.
Upon the filing of a Petition for Expedited Modification Modification of Child Support, West Virginia law requires the Family Court to tentatively recalculate the amount of child support. This tentative recalculation is based on the information provided by the Respondent / Petitioner herein, Joshua K. Brown. The result of this tentative recalculation shows child support will:
H.A.W. Decrease from $555.30 per month to $301.88 per month.
A copy of the tentative recalculation is included with this Notice. You have 14 days from the date this Notice was mailed to make a written request for hearing before the Family Court. If you do not request a hearing within 14 days, the Family Court will enter a Default Order setting the child support at the recalculated amount shown above.
