Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Little General Store, Inc. for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests a rear setback variance from 30’ to 24’ to allow for an addition to the existing building at 14967 Seneca Trail N., Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring District, described in Deed Book 432 on Page 153 and shown on Tax Map 13G as Parcel 105 and Tax Map 13L as part of Parcel 35&38.
