REQUEST FOR BIDS
Bids Due: Friday May 12, 2023 3:00 p.m.
The Fayette County Commission, a certified local government, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid to secure the brick façade’s missing and deteriorated mortar and reset the original stone parapet cap on the southwest corner of the Sheriff’s Department wing of the Historic Fayette County Courthouse, funded in part by the WV Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Fayette County Courthouse on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Fayette County Commission, located at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 N Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840, until 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Friday May 12, 2023.
