Notice is hereby given that WOLF RUN MINING LLC, 100 TYGART DR, GRAFTON, WV 26354 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 2 and 3 release on Permit Number U001984 Increment Number 2 issued for 39.6 acres.
The permit is located in TRAP HILL District of Raleigh County, 1.0 miles northwest of SURVEYOR on an Unnamed Tributary of Millers Camp Branch of Marsh Fork of Coal River.
WOLF RUN MINING LLC completed final reclamation on 10/15/2011 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $62,676.40.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until 6/12/2023, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
