The object of this action is to obtain a DIVORCE. It appearing that Cortney Sierra Hall is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ORDERED that Cortney Sierra Hall serve upon Clarissa M. Banks, Esq., Guardian ad Litem for Petitioner, at her address of Post Office Box 4027, Morgantown, WV 26504, on or before the 10th day of May, 2023, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in Petition.
An Initial and/or Final hearing has been scheduled on the 11th day of May, 2023, before the Honorable Susan L. Riffle at 1:30 p.m. o’clock, in the Family Court of Marion County, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Clerk at her office.
