SERVICES FOR CLARKSBURG
SANITARY BOARD
Law firms and/or attorneys are invited to submit qualifications and proposals based on the following requirements:
1. To provide general municipal counsel, basic legal services, and advice in any and all matters in a timely manner.
2. To attend any and all meetings of the Sanitary Board.
3. To attend any and all meeting impacting the Sanitary Board, as requested by the Board and/or Administration.
4. To provide legal opinions upon request.
5. To provide detailed, itemized monthly statements.
Experience in municipal law,EPA Clean Water Act and contract law, as well as Federal and State Environmental law, is preferable.
Please provide three (3) unbound copies of the proposal, which should include your hourly rate as well as a set-fee based rate. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, “Clarksburg Sanitary Board Services” and address to:
