BIDS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED “BID FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY”
Bids may be mailed to North Beckley Public Service District, 122 Clear Water Ln, Beckley, WV 25801 or delivered to the same address. The items may be inspected at the District’s treatment plant located at 122 Clear Water Ln., Beckley, WV between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK.
