PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a status hearing on the Complaint duly filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking judgment against the Defendant, DANIEL MICHAEL GREENWAY, shall be held before the Honorable Andrew Dimlich, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, at the Raleigh County Judicial Center situate 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 11 :00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that judgment may be made in this proceeding, and that should any party appear to protect their interests within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these proceedings.
