ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 6th day of June, 2023 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 10: 00 AM, the Raleigh County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing for the consideration of changes to the Raleigh County Code Enforcement ordinance. Changes will be considered to the following chapters:
Article 7 Fees Section 1(a)
A Copy of the proposed amendment may be reviewed in the office of the County Commission located at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV or the Raleigh County Code Enforcement Office located at 203 South Eisenhower Drive, Beckley, WV
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by June 5th, 2023 will be considered. Written comments should be sent to: Raleigh County Commission, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801.
