Please be advised that you have 10 days from receipt of this notice to reclaim your boat and pay all towing, preservation and storage charges that have resulted from taking the following boat into custody October 2013: 2005 Bennington 2280RL ETW34133K405 w/ Hustler® Trailer VIN – 4DMBS221351034229. Failure of the owner or lienholder of record to exercise their right to reclaim the above boat within 10 days shall be deemed a waiver of all right, title and interest and will serve as consent to the disposal or sale of the abandoned or junked boat.
