The object of the above entitled action is for Helen Elaine Schneider to legally change his/her name to Helen Elaine Williams. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Helen Elaine Schneider to Helen Elaine Williams.
A hearing shall be on the 31st day of May, 2023 at 11:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
