The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNDISCLOSED MOTHER and UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant Baby John Doe, whose date of birth is March 11, 2023. It is ORDERED that ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE BIOLOGICAL MOTHER AND ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF INFANT BABY JOHN DOE, BORN ON MARCH 11, 2023 AT REYNOLDS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, shall appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 5th day of June, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. for an Preliminary, Adjudication, and Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the UNDISCLOSED MOTHER and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant Baby John Doe, who was born at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, WV on March 11, 2023, may be adjudicated as abusive and neglectful parents and their parental rights may be terminated.
