The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 2053 Coal City Rd. – Apt B, Coal City, WV 25823, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent(s) are wrongfull occupying property as tenant(s)
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Jeremy Haggarty and Rebecca Webb and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Jeremy Haggarty and Rebecca Webb do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 23rd, 2023 at 7:30 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jeremy Haggarty and Rebecca Webb at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
