West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to provide renovation of Campbell Hall 4th floor to create additional office space, treatment rooms, and storage areas.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND FACILITY TOUR: There will be an optional pre-bid meeting regarding this project to be held at West Liberty University at Campbell Hall, Room 303 on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Immediately following the conference, a facility tour will be offered. For those who do not attend the pre-bid conference there will be limited opportunity to tour the facility, and any .
Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM Wednesday July 19, 2023. One original and one copy should be marked “Sealed Bid #24001” and must be delivered via post mail or hand delivery to Room 315, Shaw Hall.
