The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Daniel Boatwright and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Daniel Boatwright do serve upon Charles Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main St., 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 3rd , 2023, at 7:30 PM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Daniel Boatwright at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
