NOTICE OF INFORMAL CONFERENCE
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation will conduct an informal conference on Thursday, May 4th at 5:00 p.m. at The Rupert Community Building, 557 Nicholas St., Rupert, WV 25984. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest which is or may be adversely affected by the South Fork Coal Company, LLC Article 3 Permit Renewal Application Permit No. 0302211, located 7.35 miles Northwest of Renick in Falling Springs District of Greenbrier County and Little Levels District of Pocahontas County.
