The operation is discharging into Collins Fork and Unnamed Tributary of McDowell Branch of/and Workman Creek of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 1.5 miles, southwest of CLEAR CREEK in CLEAR FORK District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81 deg. 21 ‘ 53 ” and Latitude 37 deg. 53 ‘ 17 ” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
