NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 11th of July 2023 in Council Chambers at the City of Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia on amending the City of Beckley Zoning Ordinance Section 15-37 to add “Mobile Food Vendors” as a permitted use in the B-1, B-2, B-3, and M Zones, and add “Long-Term Care Facility” as a permitted use in the B-1 and B-2 Zones.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should attend the public hearing at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
