Petitioner has filed a Motion to Modify the Disposition of MARY BARTIMAC, alleging a change of circumstances warranting a different disposition as to infants biological mother of infants M.S., whose date of birth is November 13, 2005 and M.S., whose date of birth is September 12, 2006. MARY BARTIMAC is notified that she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of July, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. for a hearing on the WVDHHR’s Motion to Modify the Disposition of Respondent Mary Bartimac if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Motion; otherwise the parental right of MARY BARTIMAC may be terminated.
