AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Cross Lanes Gaming and Entertainment, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G60-D General Permit Registration for five emergency generators located on 1 Greyhound Drive, Cross Lanes, in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.42076, -81.81054. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx at 10.42 tons per year (TPY); CO at 0.89 TPY; VOC at 0.44 TPY; SO2 at 0.06 TPY; PM10 at 0.52 TPY; CH4 at 0.03 TPY; GHG (CO2e) at 905.05; and Total HAPs at 0.011 TPY. There are four existing engines on the property that are currently in operation and a new engine that will be installed upon issuance of the permit, estimated to be August 15, 2023.
