PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed on behalf of the minor B.G.F., whose date of birth is May 10, 2008, asking the Circuit Court of Ohio County, State of West Virginia, to enter an order changing her name from B.G.F., whose date of birth is May 10, 2008 to B.G.B., whose date of birth is May 10, 2008. The hearing on this matter is set for the 28th day of August, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Ohio County Circuit Court, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Any person claiming they will likely be injured by this change of name, or who knows a reason why the name should not be changed, may appear at the time and place of the hearing and state their opposition. This hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. Proof that this Notice has been published once prior to the hearing shall be rendered to the Court.
