NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 8th of August 2023 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of Weissmuller, LLC, owner, CENTEC Engineering, PLLC, agent, requesting Site Plan approval to construct a 50′ x 50′ building and a parking lot located at 1816 Harper Road in a B-1 Zone (Tax Map 55, Parcel 7).
The agenda also includes amending the City of Beckley Zoning Ordinance Section 15-37 to add “Mobile Food Vendors” as a permitted use in the B-1, B-2, B-3 and M Zones and add “Long-Term Care Facility” as a permitted use in the B-1 and B-2 Zones.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
