West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish leases for three (3) thirty-five (35) passenger motor coaches.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM Wednesday August 16, 2023. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time.

Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
