The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Wheeling Hospital, CON File #23-10-12736-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility in Ohio County, WV, through the acquisition of a podiatric medicine practice. The capital expenditure is $80,000.
