NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by XTRA INCORPORATED, also known as XTRA, INC. and NATHAN PHILLIPS to KERRY E. ADKINS and MICHAEL D. TERMS OF SALE: The trustee’s sale shall be open to online bidders. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid for the Real Property. The high bidder shall pay the buyer’s premium plus an additional 10% of its bid on the day of the sale (the “Good Faith Deposit”), with the balance to be paid in cash at closing within 30 days after the date of sale. The sale is made subject to any and all unpaid real estate taxes. Buyer will pay for the deed preparation and transfer tax. If the highest bid for such single auction lot exceeds the total of the highest bids received at the initial auctions held pursuant to all such notices, then such bid for such single auction lot shall be the winning bid and shall upset the bids at all such initial auctions.
